As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring a caring and supportive environment for both patients and staff, adhering to the highest standards of patient-focused care and customer this role, you will be responsible for: Performing at a competent level of nursing practice according to the standards of the Operating Room.Providing patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach.Maintaining an environment of caring and concern for patients and staff members.Participating in 5-6 on-call shifts per month, with weekend call responsibilities. Requirements for this position include: 3+ years of circulating experience in the Operating Room.Proficiency in Orthopedics, specifically total joints, hip fractures, arthroscopy, ORIFs, and shoulder scopes and replacements.Experience with General, Neuro, Vascular, Gyn, and Urology procedures.Active Illinois RN license as verified by Nursys.Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.Two supervisory references with dates of pletion of a skills checklist pertinent to the Operating Room specialty.Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
