Metro Area, Job Description:Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program. , This position is considered to be an emergency response position and may be required to deploy to an Emergency Relocation Site in the Washington DC metro area for exercises or actual incidents. , Exercises requiring deployment occur every other year and last one to two days typically.Summary of duties include but not limited to:Conduct e-QIP operations including the initiation of government and contractor employees and report , , generationReview security clearance documentation (such as SF-85s and SF 86s)Create and maintain Personnel Security FilesApprove/deny User ID forms based on initial background checks for all government and , contractor personnel.Process applicant fingerprints utilizing the 3M Cogent system, or other comparable system, including electronic transmissionProcess requests for security background reports from a web-based background databaseAssists with creation, revision, dissemination, and tracking of Security Awareness Training for cleared , , personnel.Utilize the National Background Investigations Services (NBIS) SystemSupport USAccess HSPD-12 Credentialing/Physical Access Control processesOperate and support CCure 9000 and PassagePoint Global experience applications
