People Program Coordinator

Description Our client, a fast-growing and innovative organization, is seeking a proactive Partner Programs Operations Coordinator to serve as a central operational pillar supporting the SI Alliances function. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage reporting, internal tracking systems, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiencyu2014particularly in Salesforceu2014with working knowledge of AI-driven workflows and marketing automation tools such as Jeto/Marketo. This individual will act as a key liaison across Marketing, Operations, and Alliances teams to ensure a seamless and unified partner experience. Key Responsibilities Data & Systems Management + Own and maintain partner user data within Salesforce + Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards + Develop and maintain internal tracking systems to support partner programs Operational Support + Monitor and manage the Partner Enablement mailbox, providing first-line support + Draft partner newsletters and communications + Provide contract coordination and administrative support + Create presentations and supporting documentation Strategic Collaboration + Partner with Alliance Managers to vet prospective partner leads + Capture and distribute meeting notes for introductory partner calls + Support cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Operations, and Alliances + Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests Reporting & Governance + Update quarterly governance presentations + Manage weekly team meetings and additional meeting cadences + Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and partner data Requirements + Associate or Bacheloru2019s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or 2+ years of administrative/operations experience + Hands-on experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards + Experience with Jeto and/or Marketo + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Strong follow-up and follow-through skills in deadline-driven environments + High level of accuracy and attention to detail + Energetic, proactive work style with a results-oriented mindset + Experience collaborating with stakeholders from executive to administrative levels TalentMatchu00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
