Description u2022 Set up and operate HAAS CNC mill and lathe.u2022 Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to program and machine parts to specifications.u2022 Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.u2022 Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure high-quality production.u2022 Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.u2022 Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.u2022 Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.u2022 Document and track production progress, including machine settings, tool usage, and material consumption.u2022 Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and machine parts.
