CBRE is hiring a Mobile Engineer in Miami Gardens, FL to maintain Global package delivery and logistics facilities operating efficiently across multiple sites. If you thrive with independence and fast-paced problem-solving, we want to hear from you As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will oversee preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. What youu2019ll do u00b7 Lead all aspects of maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned. u00b7 Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools. u00b7 Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; manage repairs and emergency maintenance as needed. u00b7 Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client. u00b7 Responsible for compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. u00b7 Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities. u00b7 Apply deep expertise in standard principles and procedures to solve sophisticated challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and mentor others by sharing broad knowledge across multiple subject areas. u00b7 Lead by example through behaviors aligned with CBREu2019s RISE values, build consensus across teams, and influence a wide range of customer, operational, and project activities by modeling collaboration and driving impactful outcomes. What youu2019ll need u00b7 High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or 4-5 years of relevant work experience. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driveru2019s license required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. u00b7 Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. u00b7 Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. u00b7 Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Mobile Technician position is $24.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mobile Technician position is $35.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience.
