Mission Integration Coordinator

Responsibilities: + Collaborates with department leadership to enable mission integration activities, and develops spiritual enrichment activities/resources for team members and physicians. + Assesses, develops, designs, implements, and leads educational programs, activities, tools within the health system and in the community to maintain and improve, advance and align St. Joseph's Hospitals Catholic identity, Franciscan heritage including the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany charism and legacy, spirituality; ethics and ethics related issues; and team member support. + Anticipates the needs of the participant and/or others within the organization. + Designs creative, effective and interactive learning opportunities which include outcome and goal objectives to ensure ability for evaluation and assessment.
