Job Title: Machine Operator (2nd Shift) ($21-24/hr.) Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process during the 2nd Shift from 3pm to 12am or 1am, with opportunities for overtime. You will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently met. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. We are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible after interviewing and completing onboarding. Apply Today Responsibilities + Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment. + Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications. + Read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or production documents. + Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. + Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards. + Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or improvements. Essential Skills + Machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Ability to work 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM u2013 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM). + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
