Description Maintenance Carpenter Supervisor 1st shift (Mon-Fri. 7a-4p) with On Call $25-$32/hour Stark/Mahoning County Ohio u2022 Working Supervisory role, traveling to local client locations both residential and commercial buildings to complete restoration jobs u2022 Work with and supervise a crew of 4-6 people to complete projects - From Demolitions, to clean-ups, and Installs/build-backs u2022 Will be perform Carpentry and drywall tear-downs and installs u2022 Will be responsible for Mitigation of Mold, Water and Fire damages u2022 Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met u2022 Communicate clear expectations to crew and supervise their activities u2022 Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control u2022 Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of u2022 Resolve problems quickly as they arise u2022 Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly u2022 Train crew members on the proper use of tools and equipment Skills drywall, maintenance, carpentry, Construction, Blueprint, Framer, Framing, Restoration, Environmental remediation, Commercial construction, Finish carpentry, Hand and power tools, hvac, water damage, mold mitigation, fire mitigation, water mitigation, iicrc Top Skills Details drywall,maintenance,carpentry Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVES: Lifting up to 50lbs Climb ladders as needed for ceiling work Work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics Work with cleaning agents Must be open to Emergency Calls (including holidays and weekends) diploma or GED Carpentry and Drywall experience 8+ years 5+ years as a supervisor/lead in similar industry Must own a vehicle Certifications that are nice to have: IICRC: WRT (Water), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), FSRT (Fire & Smoke), OCT (Odor Control) OSHA: OSHA 10 or 30 (Construction/General Industry). Lead & Asbestos: EPA RRP Lead-Safe Renovator; Asbestos Awareness (or state-specific). HAZWOPER: 24/40-hour (if you touch biohazard or hazmat). Equipment: Forklift, scissor/boom lift, fall protection, scaffolding safety. Driving: DOT awareness/CMV if theyu2019ll operate larger vehicles.
