As a Software Engineering Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Jacksonville FL, Miamisburg OH, Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX. This role is ideal for a hands on technical leader who can balance people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical excellence while driving modernization and innovation across mission critical lending platforms. The manager will oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, resilient solutions that support core servicing capabilities, working closely with product, architecture, operations, and business partners. In addition to managing teams and delivery, this leader will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, hiring, and driving DevOps maturity. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
