Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our client's team in the Lansdale Pennsylvania area. In this permanent, onsite role, you will play a vital part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented individual with construction accounting expertise to contribute to a rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee month-end close processes and generate timely, accurate financial statements in collaboration with leadership. u2022 Compile and present key performance indicator reports to support strategic decision-making. u2022 Manage bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting to align with company goals. u2022 Supervise coordination with bookkeeping staff to ensure seamless handling of payables and receivables. u2022 Prepare and process journal entries to maintain accurate ledger accounts. u2022 Provide support to cross-functional teams and perform additional duties as needed. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting or finance. u2022 At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in construction accounting with project cost tracking expertise. u2022 Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. u2022 Familiarity with construction-related accounting practices such as AIA billing and cost-to-cost adjustments. u2022 Experience with NetSuite is a plus. u2022 Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
