Machine Operator

Job Title: ARx Machine Operator _Medical & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing u2013 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Opportunities Available_ Join a growing team where quality, precision, and teamwork drive every shift. We are seeking motivated Machine Operators to support our production lines as skilled Machine Operators . This role plays a key part in producing highu2011quality medical products in a clean, controlled environment. What Youu2019ll Do + Operate production machinery to create adhesive and medical products + Train thoroughly on all policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure safe, compliant operation. + Perform primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization tasks. + Conduct inu2011process sampling, inspections, and testing as required. + Follow all documented procedures, including Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Batch Records, and planned deviations. + Operate in full compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing cGMPs (21 CFR 211) . + Complete all production paperwork and documentation accurately and on time. + Seek assistance from Technical Operators or Supervisors whenever questions or unexpected issues arise. Essential Skills + Basic mechanical aptitude and handsu2011on problemu2011solving ability. + Ability to read work orders, follow written instructions, and work with numbers. + Familiarity with manufacturing or machine operation. + Ability to measure accurately, including using tape measures. + Basic computer skills (a plus). Preferred Skills & Experience + Previous machine operation experience. + Experience with machine setup, lockout/tagout (LOTO), or troubleshooting.
