Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Early Career Cyber Security Engineer for the a DoD Program located in King of Prussia, PA. In this role, you will: u2022 Evaluate systems and designs to determine cybersecurity characteristics. u2022 Conduct system configuration hardening (e.g. DISA STIGs) u2022 Identify and conduct cybersecurity testing and risk analysis at the system and component level. u2022 Communicate assessment results. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of: u2022 General understanding of system and component functionality. u2022 Familiar with cybersecurity requirements. u2022 Experience in testing environment. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree program from an accredited college in Cybersecurity or a related discipline. u2022 General understanding of system and component functionality. u2022 Familiar with cybersecurity requirements. u2022 Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Windows or Linux (e.g. Red Hat, Ubuntu) u2022 Scripting (e.g. Python, shell/bash, PowerShell) u2022 Risk Management as it relates to cybersecurity u2022 DoD 8140.01/8570.01-M IAT I or IAT II certification (e.g. Security +) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
