Now Hiring: Material Handlers & Lift Operators (Reach & Cherry) Location: Carlisle, PA 17013 About the Job Join our team working with product orders for retail and consumer clients. We are hiring for General Warehouse (Pick/Pack) and Cherry and Reach Forklift Operator roles. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering competitive pay, shift differentials, and customer incentives Warehouse (Pick/Pack) Positions Shifts & Pay: + 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00au20133:30p): $15.00/hr+$2.30/hr customer incentive = $17.30 per hour + 10-hour Shifts: + Sunu2013Wed, 7:00au20135:30p Wedu2013Sat, 7:00au20135:30p Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 7:00au20135:30p + $15.00/hr+$2.30/hr customer incentive = $17.30 per hour for select shifts + Overnight (NA/NB/NC): + Sunu2013Wed or Wedu2013Sat or Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 6:00pu20134:30a + $15.50/hr+$0.50/hr shift differential+$3.75/hr customer incentive = $19.25 per hour for select shifts Job Duties: + Pick parts for orders, place items in designated areas + Read and follow customer/shipping orders + Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse + Use WMS for scanning and tracking inventory + Basic physical tasks: sweeping, dusting, mopping, organizing work areas Requirements: + High school diploma or GED + Computer literate; WMS experience preferred + Team player; flexible to work overtime or different shifts + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) + Must adhere to strict dress code (see u201cDress Code & Safetyu201d below) Cherry & Reach Forklift Operator Positions Shifts & Pay: + 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00au20133:30p): $17.75/hr+$2.30/hr customer incentive = $20.05 per hour + 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pu201312:00a): $18.25/hr+$0.50/hr shift differential+$3.75/hr customer incentive = $22.50 per hour + 10-hour Shifts (DA/DB/DC): $17.75/hr ($20.05/hr for select shifts) + Overnight (NA/NB/NC, 6:00pu20134:30a): $18.25/hr ($22.00/hr for select shifts) Job Duties: + Operate stand-up reach forklift, pallet rider, dock stocker, or cherry picker (60% FL/40% material handling) + Move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas + Read and follow all order/ship documents + Complete forklift TPM and maintenance logs as required Requirements: + High school diploma or GED + Prior forklift certification required + Computer literate; WMS experience preferred + Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) Dress Code & Safety Rules + Strictly No Metal: No buttons, eyelets, zippers, or other metal on clothing or shoes + No jewelry, piercings, hoodies, or clothing with hoods + Tennis shoes preferred Additional Notes + All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch + 10-hour shifts also include a 15-minute paid break + Compliance with company environmental, health, and safety standards is required Ready to apply?
