Part-Time Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Corporate Immigration) Location: Hybrid u2013 Clarks Summit, PA (in-office and/or remote) Schedule: Part-Time Approximately 20 hours per week Flexible schedule Pay Rate: $36u2013$45/hour Position Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support their Legal Counsel, who oversees immigration and contract matters across the U.S. This role also supports tariff-related filings for the company (Sweden-based) and provides contract assistance across multiple industries, including nuclear, oil & gas, space, and heat sectors. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities + Assist Legal Counsel with corporate immigration case support , including transfers from international offices (e.g., employees moving from India to the U.S.) + Support contract review, drafting, and tracking across multiple industries + Handle clerical and administrative legal work , including maintaining accurate records and documentation + Coordinate with internal and external teams, including tax services and other service providers + Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Workday to manage tasks and documentation + Ensure compliance with company ethics and internal legal standards Qualifications + Paralegal Certification required + Experience supporting corporate immigration matters + Experience with contracts and legal documentation + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint ; familiarity with Workday is a plus + Excellent organizational and communication skills Additional Information + Flexible 20-hour per week schedule + Fully remote work possible, with option for Clarks Summit, PA office + Immediate start preferred + Collaborative environment; candidate should be focused, detail-oriented, and proactive Pay Details: $36.00 to $43.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
