Critical Environment Technician u2013 Level 3 Location: Dulles, VA Schedule: Flexible shifts (12u2011hour, rotating, 3/4/5u2011day workweeks) About the Role Weu2019re looking for a highly skilled Critical Environment Technician to support operations in a highu2011availability, missionu2011critical facility. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in fastu2011paced environments, understands the importance of redundancy and uptime, and is ready to take ownership of complex mechanical and electrical systems. Youu2019ll work handsu2011on with chilled water systems, CRAH units, electrical infrastructure, and building management systems to ensure continuous, reliable operation. What Youu2019ll Do + Execute all tasks outlined in CE Tech Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities. + Perform Method of Procedure (MOP) tasks for: + Chiller systems + Chilled water pumps + Computeru2011room air handlers (CRAH) + All performed under u201cNu201d level redundancy conditions. + Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain building management and EPMS systems. + Support electrical system operations in highu2011availability environments such as data centers, refineries, hospitals, or manufacturing facilities. + Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, documentation standards, and operational procedures. + Collaborate with crossu2011functional teams to ensure uptime, reliability, and operational excellence. What You Bring + Required: OSHA or OSHAu2011approved NFPA 70E Certification. + Required: 5+ years of handsu2011on experience in technical fields (electrical, controls, automotive, data center, or similar). + Required: Experience working with electrical systems in critical infrastructure environments. + Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. + Required: Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12u2011hour or rotating shifts. + Required: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. + Preferred: EPA Refrigerant License. + Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, redundancy concepts, and safety protocols. + Ability to follow detailed MOPs and respond effectively in highu2011pressure situations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dulles, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
