FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: The Manager ofEnterprise Analytics Infrastructure is responsible for leading thedesign, implementation, and ongoing management of a secure, scalable,and high-performing analytics ecosystem that supports theorganization's strategic and operational goals. This role oversees bothcloud and on-premises environments, ensuring seamless connectivity, dataaccessibility, and system reliability across a hybrid infrastructure.The manager provides hands-on leadership to a team of engineers andadministrators and collaborate with IT teams for networking, systemintegration, DB administration and platform operations, includingservers, VMs, load balancing, single sign-on (SSO), firewalls,monitoring, and disaster recovery. They drive best practices in DevOpsand FinOps, manage Cloud resources and subscriptions, enforce role-basedaccess controls, and optimize performance and cost across multipleenvironments. Working at the intersection of IT, analytics, and clinicaloperations, this leader ensures that the analytics platforms (e.g.,Databricks, Power BI, M365) are resilient, compliant, andwell-integrated with enterprise systems (Ex: such as Epic) and otherSaaS solutions. They collaborate closely with partners acrossInformation Security, Data Governance, Cloud Engineering, and BusinessAnalytics teams to ensure compliance with healthcare data privacyregulations (HIPAA, PHI protection) while advancing modernization andAI-readiness goals. This role requires a balance of technical depth,operational excellence, and strategic vision, combining infrastructureexpertise with strong collaboration skills to enable a trusted,performant analytics environment that empowers data-drivendecision-making across the enterprise. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Five (5)or more years of relevant experience including three or more years in aformal or informal leader position is required. Experience in enablingcloud-based infrastructure for data, analytics and AI is preferred.Experience working with Epic System (EMR) platform is preferred.Experience in healthcare industry is preferred. Formal leadershipexperience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree incomputer science, data engineering, network and systems engineering,information systems, software engineering or related fields is required.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Understanding of data privacy standards andsecurity best practices is preferred.
