Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our team as an Assembler where you will play a crucial role in building high-end coffee machines. Your work will contribute to crafting quality products in a dynamic and engaging environment. Responsibilities + Work at one of the multiple designated workstations as part of the assembly line team. + Perform sub-assembly tasks that contribute to the overall build of a coffee machine. + Assemble various mechanical and electrical components, including washers, screws, wires, panels, hoses, and other hardware. + Use hand and power tools such as electric drills, tape measures, and torque drivers. + Rotate between different workstations to learn the full assembly process for each machine. + Participate in the assembly of different machine types, rotating between models. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing. + Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. + Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with electronics. + Familiarity with blueprints, micrometers, calipers, or gauges. + Experience in assembling from start to finish. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a small, air-conditioned assembly facility on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a culture of work efficiency without overtime, where you can listen to music, and are allowed to eat and drink while meeting quotas. A comfortable work setting where employees can sit during tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allen Park, MI.
