Controls Engineer

Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Controls Engineer to join one of our automotive clients in Flint, MI. The person in this role is going to be responsible for promoting continuous improvement and troubleshooting heavy machinery. They will either be working in a machining- or assembly-based capacity. Additional Job Responsibilities: u2003u00b7 Configure, program, test and troubleshoot PLC based control systems and associated components u2003u00b7 Electrical troubleshooting and testing of controls systems, control panels, and associated equipment u2003u00b7 Diagnose and correct deficiencies in manufacturing processes and equipment Support and actively interact with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality groups Pay Range: $42-$52/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
