Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a notable global beauty company known for its innovation in product development and ingredient compliance excellence. Pay : 36.76/hr Scientist I Focus Areas: New Raw Material Qualification Brand Integration & Launch Support Position Overview This role supports two key initiatives: 1. Integration of newly acquired brand ingredients into internal qualification systems 2. Qualification and compliance support for existing brand launches The Scientist I will join the International Innovative Ingredients team, which is responsible for securing, validating, and qualifying raw materials to ensure they meet global regulatory, safety, environmental, and company standards. This position plays a critical role in enabling speed-to-market while maintaining compliance and data integrity across the raw material portfolio. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Data Collection + Proactively request and collect technical documentation from suppliers to support global regulatory, safety, EHS, and internal company position requirements + Ensure all new raw materials meet internal qualification standards prior to launch Data Integrity & Systems Management + Create and manage raw material codes within internal systems + Upload and validate supplier documentation with high accuracy + Maintain strong data governance and information quality standards Analytical & Information Verification + Perform coherency checks using internal databases, regulatory references, and external digital resources + Validate consistency and completeness of ingredient data across platforms Project Communication & Escalation + Communicate technical roadblocks or delays in a timely and structured manner + Provide regular project status updates to cross-functional stakeholders Agile Execution & Prioritization + Manage multiple concurrent priorities across brand integration and launch timelines + Adapt quickly to evolving business needs while maintaining accuracy and compliance Qualifications Education: + Bacheloru2019s degree required; science-related field strongly preferred (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related discipline) Experience: + Prior experience in the cosmetics industry or cosmetic regulatory environment highly preferred Skills & Competencies: + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy + Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.70 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
