Description TEKsystems currently has a 6 month contract-to-hire role as an Integration Support Specialist. The B2B Integration Support Specialist serves on a customer-centric first-level IT support team, responsible for analyzing and resolving challenges with our Sterling Integrator application and end user communications. Top Skills Details Tier 1 Support Customer Support/Service Nice to have: EDI Additional Skills & Qualifications Responsibilities u25cf Implements Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for our customer. u25cf Interacts via telephone and email with departments, supplieru2019s EDI and business staff contacts, software suppliers, and EDI Value Added Networks (VANs) to resolve EDI issues. There is also the occasional need to speak with members who use the X12 format to help resolve their issues. u25cf Use EDI translation software to monitor the daily processing of the EDI system and initiate the necessary actions to correct any EDI issues. u25cf Daily monitoring of EDI Errors and working with EDI trading partners to troubleshoot and correct. This includes but is not limited to: u25a0 Check invoice errors u25a0 Recover lost or rejected invoices. u25a0 Reviews unacknowledged report and resolve problems with lost or delayed transmissions u25a0 Review Advance Ship Notice error report and work with trading partner, purchasing or the appropriate Retail Service Center to correct error. u25a0 Review 864 (credit authorization) reports for errors. Correct or contact a trading partner to resend. u25cf Monitor EDI translation and editor reports for all inbound and outbound transmission errors. Determine cause of error and initiate corrective action. u25cf Must be able to use all in-house and 3rd party tools to determine issues and errors. u25cf Review editor and translator errors for member purchase orders and invoices sent EDI. Contact members to initiate corrective action. u25cf Load and maintain Trading Partner profiles. u25cf Increase trading partner base. u25cf Work with user departments to identify and contact potential partners. u25cf Support of other corporate initiatives which include but are not limited to Vendor Portal. u25cf Participate, as needed, in Project meetings either as part of the team or in a consulting role u25cf Facilitate enterprise data communications with business partners including all member, vendor, Value Added Networks, financial, and Point of Sale communications as well as internal electronic communications Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
