Assembler

Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing product assemblies with precision and maintaining high standards of quality. You will work collaboratively on a production line, ensuring that all parts are assembled correctly and meet the required output. This role requires the ability to interpret technical documents, utilize hand and power tools, and ensure that all components are defect-free. Responsibilities + Complete product assemblies using hand and power tools. + Manipulate small and large parts to ensure correct assembly. + Interpret technical documents and follow written or verbal instructions. + Work collaboratively on a production line to meet required output. + Verify serial numbers and maintain traceability. + Perform quality inspections and identify defective components. + Assemble boxes and packaging materials when needed. + Sort, stage, and store materials according to organizational standards. + Package products following company protocols. + Complete required daily paperwork and submit to management. + Assist shipping/receiving with unloading and inventory checks as needed. Essential Skills + Experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred. + Ability to use hand and power tools safely. + Strong attention to detail and defect detection skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Aptitude and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Open to training and learning new processes. + Previous assembly experience is a plus. + Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andersonville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
