What Youu2019ll Do + Assist with daily jobsite tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and basic carpentry support + Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and building materials + Safely operate basic hand and power tools + Support concrete, steel, and carpentry crews as directed + Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety meetings + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors + Perform additional duties as needed to keep the project on track What Weu2019re Looking For + Construction or general labor experience preferred . + Strong work ethic and willingness to learn + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions + Reliable transportation to job sites + Commitment to safety and teamwork + Positive attitude and readiness to contribute + Steelu2011toed boots required Essential Skills + 2+ years of construction experience. + Ability to lift 50lbs. + Ability to work in various weather conditions. + Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
