Job Summary and Qualifications As the Regional Director of Cardiac Cath Lab you will be responsiblefortheefficientand safeoperatingoftheCardiac Rehabilitation Department. You will be responsible for planning, administering, and evaluating the clinical and administrative operations of the unit, covering Mountain View Hospital, Timpanogos Regional Hospital, and Lone Peak Hospital. In this Director role: + You areresponsibleforthe supervisionofperformanceimprovementwithinthe departments. + You mustbeableto communicateeffectivelyandexecuteactionswhich assurequalitypatientcare. + You mustpracticeandrole modelteam workskillsinworkingwithallmembers ofthehealthcareteam. + You will workwithother departmentsintheCardiopulmonaryCenterto collaborateandcoordinatepatientcareactivities whichpromotequalityimprovementandgrowthof services. + You will have the ability to create and maintain an environment that results in aboveaverage satisfactionratingsfromemployees,patients,andphysicians. What qualifications you will need: + Bachelors Degree + (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or (RN) Registered Nurse + Previous managementexperience preferred. + Evidenceofleadershipskill,successfulinterpersonal relations. + Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and certification. + American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification preferred. Must obtain ALS or ACLS within90 days of hire and maintain certification.
