Healthcare Data Entry - Quality

This is a fully remote quality assurance role that requires 3 years of healthcare insurance experience. Description Responsibilities: u00b7 Conduct quality testing for all benefit plans for client. u00b7 Collaborate with the AIS team during the plan-building process. u00b7 Utilize various systems to ensure plans are built correctly and meet client specifications. u00b7 Identify and address issues such as incorrect deductibles, out-of-pocket settings, and mail pricing discrepancies. u00b7 Work closely with AIS counterparts to resolve any plan inaccuracies. u00b7 High attention to detail. u00b7 Strong internal communication skills (no phone work required). u00b7 Ability to manage and complete 25 plans per week. u00b7 Scorecard evaluation post-training. Minimum Requirements: + Two or four-year degree required. + Preference for degrees in Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or History, especially those with a strong research background . + 1 year of Excel experience (no VLOOKUPs or Pivot Tables). Preferred Experience: + 3+ years of healthcare insurance experience. + Knowledge of medical terminology, deductibles, copays, and provider language. + Experience in a production-based environment is a plus (standard is roughly 25 plans worked per week). + Must have 1 year of Excel experience and pass the test Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.
