Job Description Pay Rate Range 90-100/hr. JOB DESCRIPTION Greif is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support complex, enterprise-wide initiatives spanning technology and business transformation. This role is designed for a senior, hands-on change practitioner who can operate independently, think strategically, and execute rigorously. The Change Manager will be embedded within active initiatives and accountable for developing and delivering end-to-end change strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and sustained outcomes. This is not an HR-centered or advisory-only roleu2014it requires deep delivery orientation, strong judgment, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. The ideal candidate is curious, methodical, and forward-thinking, with the discipline to plan before acting and the confidence to own results without requiring coaching or close oversight.
