Our academic and career technicaltraining programs are accredited and lead to nationalindustry-recognized credentials.RESPONSIBILITIESo Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures nomanipulation of student data.o Ensures Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.o Responsible to provide students with training leading to CareerTechnical Training completionand industry-recognized certifications. Provides students withcomprehensive andindividualized case management that ensures student progress,achievement and completionof the Job Corps program.o Provides quality career technical training that leads to studentplacement. Provides studentswith job leads and monitors placement of all graduates.o Ensures classroom is well organized and conducive to student learning.Holds studentsaccountable for following Center's dress code/behavioral standards ofconduct.o Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and accuratemanner.o Maintains appropriate personal attendance, accountability and workproductivity standards.o Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goalsand deadlines.o Understands and applies job knowledge to effectively complete allrequired job responsibilities.Proactively maintains the skills required to perform job duties.o Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as requiredby the PRH.This job description includes data that shall not be disclosed outsidethe Corporation and shall not be duplicated, used ordisclosed - in whole or in part - for any purposes.o Provides high-quality supervision and management for the studentpopulation.
