About the Role: As a CBRE Mail Services Coordinator, you will be responsible forassisting with advanced mailroom operations. This job ispart of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providingoffice support to a client, business function or individual contributor. What Youu2019ll Do: + Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections and check forcontraband. + Ensure that all packages received and delivered arrive the same day oradvise the consignee of next-day arrival. + Bring mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groupsor locations as per the daily schedule. + Ensure all shipped packages are protected against damage. + Process shipment requests with a vendor, advising package owner ofarrangements. + Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification tooutgoing mail and packages. + Stock copy rooms and provide first communication for copier fleetproduction. + Check daily and replenish, if necessary, all mail and postage supplies. + Answer commoninquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors andeffectively present information to an internal group. + Evaluate and select solutions fromestablished options. + Impact team through the quality of theservices or information provided. What Youu2019ll Need: Applicants must be currently authorizedto work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or inthe future + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 yearsof job-related experience. + An established understanding of workroutines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range ofprocesses, procedures, and systems are required. + Requires intermediate problem-solvingskills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available optionswithout supervisory approval. + Ability to explain detailed andcomplicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with a robustinquisitive mindset. Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $67,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsendu2019s applicable benefit program.
