Site Acquisition Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: As an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist, you'llplay a key role in supporting our telecom infrastructure projects. Thisposition involves site acquisition, leasing, regulatory coordination,municipal and jurisdictional planning, permitting, and zoning. You'llwork closely with architectural and engineering teams, land surveyors,and project managers to ensure seamless coordination and successful siteacquisition for critical network routes. Join our Ledcor TechnicalServices team and help us build the backbone of tomorrow'sconnectivity Key Responsibilities: Negotiate leases with landowners andclients, including site investigations and document preparation Overseezoning and permitting processes; secure all necessary approvalsassociated with telecom routes Develop and manage Site CandidateInformation Packages (SCIP) and coordinate site requirements Prepare andmonitor site budgets and schedules to ensure timely project deliveryCoordinate power to sites and manage easements, title reviews, andsurvey evaluations Review and interpret purchase agreements and otherlegal documents Build strong relationships with landowners andstakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisition processes Qualifications:Two to five years of site acquisition experience Experience with leaseand survey reviews and zoning/permit approvals for telecom or utilityprojects Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to motivate and mentor team members Effective presentationskills for zoning hearings Independent management of schedules andpriorities Review and understand construction drawings Proficiency inMicrosoft Word and Excel Working Conditions Approximately 20% travelrequired to various Ledcor project sites and offices We're thrilled toannounce the opening of our new office in Florence, Kentucky.
