JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities Partner with national and regionalorganizations to strategically build programs that fully realize assetvalue and deliver results Strategically identify potential partners,creating and managing a pipeline Develops new strategies, measurements,tactics and action plans that drive awareness and collections impactManage and report on active partnership analytics and resultsCollaborate with Growth and Donor Marketing Managers on partnershipactivation strategy Cultivate excellent relationships with primaryvendors, key account managers, and sponsorship partners Generate in-kinddonations and sponsorships to offset Versiti business expenses Innovatepartnerships, looking for new verticals, industries, and creative waysto grow our service lines and geographies Travels as needed to ensureprimary sponsor relationships across Versiti are handled with thehighest level of respect and care HR Management Provide work directionand guidance to staff Provide coaching and training to staff members toensure that they are successful in their roles Monitor and documentstaff performance, set goals in partnership with director, Versiticorporate marketing and segment leaders, and completes employeeperformance evaluations. Works with CMO and Director of Growth andCreative Services to plan and manage budget. Performs other duties asrequired or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the dutiesin this job classification Understands and performs in accordance withall applicable regulatory and compliance requirements Complies with allstandard operating policies and procedures OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree inmarketing or relevant field required Experience 4-6 years leadershipexperience required 4-6 years agency or corporate marketing experience,with emphasis on foundational development, sales or co-marketingsponsorship development with demonstrated achievement of business growthrequired 1-3 years Demonstrated success designing partnership programsacross a large regional or national footprint required 1-3 yearsExperience in effectiveness measures related to marketing campaignsrequired 4-6 years Demonstrated success in working effectively withincross functional teams to achieve predefined organizational outcomesrequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated, effectivepartnership development and management required Ability to lead anddevelop direct and cross-functional teams required High level ofmarketing and advertising knowledge through partnerships and acrosstraditional and digital platforms to recommend strategies to meet growthgoals and strengthen brand position required Ability to identifyopportunities, communicate goals and deliver written action plansrequired Contract negotiation and ability to balance plans to meetbudget, influence and conversion goals required Excellent organizationalskills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesrequired Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills,including negotiation and conflict management: the ability toeffectively listen, apply servant leadership and communicate positivelywith media, sponsors, donors, and peers. required Budget and resourceplanning required Tools and Technology Personal Computer (laptop, mobilephone) required General office equipment (printer, scanner) requiredMicrosoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Project managementsoftware (basecamp, trello, etc) required APPLICATIONINSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: Qualifiedfemales, minorities, and special disabled veterans and other veteransare encouraged to apply.
