Behavior Technician / Interventionist (After-School Program u2013 San Diego) Part-Time 20u201326 hours per week Pay: $21u2013$25 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday afternoons Location: Central San Diego Full benefits + sick pay available About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians/Interventionists to support students in an after-school program setting. This position focuses on implementing behavior support strategies, encouraging positive social development, and helping students succeed in a structured, supportive environment. Responsibilities + Provide behavioral support and redirection to students in an after-school program. + Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of program supervisors. + Support students with social, emotional, and communication skill-building. + Maintain accurate documentation and session notes as required. + Ensure a safe, positive learning environment for all students. + Collaborate with school staff, supervisors, and families professionally. + Follow established behavior protocols and program expectations.
