Assessment, plan and implement care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. Takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team. Manage de-escalation of behavioral disturbancesWe are a tight knit community of staff on Scripps Behavioral Health Inpatient. Our leadership values teamwork, safety, strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Our supervisors are very visible on the unit to help mentor staff and assist them on busy days or when questions arise.
