These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort. Hourly Rate: $15.16 Position Overview: This is a seasonal role. The Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for maintaining breakfast/buffet items. This person must have good communication skills as this is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. The ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary. Must be available weekends and holidays. Job Functions & Responsibilities: + Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet with fresh, appealing food and beverages. + Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate reasonable requests. + Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure safety and quality standards are met. + Keep the buffet area, dining space, and service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked. + Assist with brewing coffee, preparing simple hot and cold items, and restocking condiments. + Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests. + Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. + Communicate with the kitchen and management regarding supply needs or guest feedback.
