AJO Sr. Developer

As a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale personalized customer journey solutions built on Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You will act as a technical leader within delivery teams shaping solution architecture establishing best practices and mentoring junior team members while partnering closely with business marketing privacy and IT stakeholders. Role: AJO Sr. Developer Location: Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S Experience: 4 - 6 Years _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $85,000/Year to $102,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans. Roles and Responsibilities u00b7 Lead the design, development, and optimization of real-time, cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. u2022 Design and manage event-triggered and segment-qualified journeys, including entry conditions, re-entry logic, throttling, exit criteria, and journey versioning. u2022 Translate complex business and marketing requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical solutions aligned with Adobe reference architectures and best practices. u2022 Architect and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, identity namespaces, and merge policies. u2022 Partner with data and architecture teams to design and troubleshoot identity resolution and profile stitching strategies. u2022 Configure and oversee orchestration across channels including email, push, SMS, in-app, and web. u2022 Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-based architectures. u00b7 Establish and enforce coding standards, development patterns, and implementation guidelines for AJO and AEP. u00b7 Diagnose and resolve complex platform, data, and journey execution issues using journey logs, message feedback events, and AEP monitoring. u00b7 Support sandbox strategy and environment promotion (dev, QA, stage, prod), including release readiness and post-deployment validation. u00b7 Collaborate with architects, project managers, and solution leads in Agile delivery teams. u00b7 Contribute to technical documentation, solution designs, estimations, and implementation roadmaps. Qualifications u2022 6 years of experience in marketing technology or enterprise application development. u2022 Strong hands-on experience delivering solutions with Adobe Journey Optimizer. u2022 Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM modeling, profile management, identity resolution, and governance. u2022 Solid experience with SQL and relational data models. u2022 Proven experience integrating enterprise systems via REST and SOAP APIs. u2022 Experience with modern software engineering practices: o Agile / Scrum delivery o Source control (Git) o Code reviews and quality standards o CI/CD concepts u2022 Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
