Job Description A partner of Insight Global is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, human resources, recruiting, and operational support services. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who is comfortable supporting a fast-paced field services organization and managing multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy. This person will provide support in the following areas: Travel & Logistics Coordination u2022u2003Coordinate and book domestic travel (airfare, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles) in alignment with travel guidelines u2022u2003Manage travel changes, cancellations, and communications u2022u2003Assist with event and conference logistics, registrations, and coordination HR & Onboarding Support u2022u2003Coordinate onboarding documentation for new employees and contractors u2022u2003Send, track, and maintain required onboarding forms and agreements u2022u2003Facilitate background application forms via DocuSign u2022u2003Maintain organized and secure digital employee and contractor records Recruitment Support u2022u2003Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications u2022u2003Conduct initial applicant screening interviews u2022u2003Track applicant status and maintain recruitment documentation u2022u2003Support general recruiting-related administrative functions Payroll & Financial Administration u2022u2003Perform payroll-related data entry accurately and timely u2022u2003Assist with invoice preparation, tracking, and documentation u2022u2003Review and route expense submissions for approval in accordance with company procedures u2022u2003Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Client & Administrative Support u2022u2003Conduct lead follow-up communications with prospective clients u2022u2003Complete data entry for contracts, internal forms, and operational documentation u2022u2003Maintain accuracy across company systems and records u2022u2003Provide general administrative and operational coordination support as requested We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
