The Senior VDC Coordinator will be the technical subject matter consultant and responsible for facilitating relationships with client, design, and project teams.The Senior VDC Coordinator is responsible for BIM Execution Plan development, the evolution of the federated building information model, file management, project site walk-throughs, progess imagery capture, ensuring project team members are aligned with the BIM process and adherence to the project BIM execution plan and associated deliverables. The ideal candidate may need to assist MEP/FP trades with troubleshooting their models for deliverable conformance. This position requires advanced knowledge of building construction, advanced knowledge of MEP/FP systems, maintenance and shut off clearances, and coordinating these systems against Architectural and Structural design model elements.
