Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager 5 - Contingent to join their team. As a Project Manager 5 - Contingent, you will be part of the Data Center Modernization & Simplification (DCMS) program supporting various workstreams and factories. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager 5 - Contingent Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $65-$70/hour, w2 What's the Job? + Develop, implement, and execute delivery plans for DCMS cloud migration workstreams and factories. + Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution. + Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies. + Communicate technical and strategic updates effectively to senior leadership and technical teams. What's Needed? + 7+ years of project management experience, particularly in enterprise technology environments. + Proven expertise in business transformation, modernization, and simplification initiatives. + Experience managing in complex, matrixed organizations and leading through influence. + Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. + Deep technical knowledge in areas like cloud migration, data center build-out, DevSecOps, and enterprise infrastructure.
