Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customersu0027 needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand pletion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. Ideal candidate can work a rotating schedule between the hours below to include, nights, days, weekends, and some holidays. Sunday 0600-2230 Monday 0600-2230 Tuesday 0600-2230 Wednesday 0600-2230 Thursday 0600-2230 Friday 0600-2230 Saturday 0600-2230 Job Qualifications Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions Able to take initiative Able to share brand knowledge Additional Qualifications/Requirements: Excellent attention to detail Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Previous Convenience Store/Gas Station experience preferred As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. Youu0027ll know which products will meet customeru0027s needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor.
