This role wouldspecialize inServiceNow ITOMandConfiguration Database Management (CMDB) andown configuration dataquality and governance across CLA's ServiceNowCMDB.The rolewillberesponsible fortheCMDB and partner across ITSM, ServiceNow Development,Application Development, Infrastructure Operations,Security,OperationalSupportand our vendor ecosystem to ensure correctconfiguration data, effective discovery, and reliable service mappingand event management. This role is central to our ITOM implementation atCLA and is a ground-level opportunity to influence the direction ofarelatively newCMDB instance and ITOM module in ServiceNow.Howyou'llcreate opportunitiesin this Senior Enterprise ServiceManagement Analystrole: Oversees testing of solutions being deliveredAssistswith estimation of effort for enhancements, as needed Reviewsbusiness requirement qualification documentation for adherence toplatform direction Own andoperatethe CMDB in CLA's ServiceNow instancein alignment withCommon Service Data Model (CSDM); publish CMDBpolicies, standards, naming conventions, taxonomy, and relationshipmapping.
