NEED a NetIQ Developer with 2-4 years experience in NetIQ/OpenText. Description Technical Expertise: u2022 Build, deliver, maintain, and update technology, platform, and system solutions in the IAM space (NetIQ) u2022 Oversee the organizationu2019s Provisioning and Access management system. u2022 Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, entitlements, and permissions. u2022 Produce IAM technical documentation such as detailed design and configuration guides. Analytical Expertise: u2022 Perform root cause analysis, impact analysis, and formulate and execute plans to develop solutions. u2022 Estimate effort and value for solutions and understand technology platforms/architectures. Business Knowledge: u2022 Engage in industry, domain, process, or technology trends, especially in IAM and Cybersecurity. Task Management: u2022 Acts as a coordination and facilitation point for organizing work efforts. u2022 Sets up or follows established procedures to ensure high quality of work. u2022 Understands dependency identification processes in technology work, verifies information and carefully reviews and checks the accuracy of own work. u2022 Establishes or follows prioritization processes to drive work, and has a sense of urgency about getting work completed. u2022 5+ yearsu2019 experience working as a IAM engineer or equivalent position working on Microfocus Products. u2022 5+ yearu2019s experience with Identity & Access Management concepts, such as user lifecycle management (provisioning and de-provisioning), Identity Governance, Role/Attribute Based Access Control, and least-privileged access. u2022 Experience with IAM Provisioning Tools such as OpenText Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, CA Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, and equivalent solutions u2022 Experience with REST/SOAP APIu2019s u2022 Driver development experience (Java/JavaScript, ECMA Script, Linux shell scripts) u2022 Experience with Agile Practices like Scrum, Kanban, CI, CD preferred u2022 Experience with build/tooling such as Git, Stash, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence preferred u2022 Demonstrated experience working according to software development methodologies u2022 Must be able to demonstrate a firm understand of lifecycle management concepts such as joiner/mover/leaver, birthright provisioning, role-based provisioning, and least privileged u2022 Ability to work with a highly collaborative, dynamic, and cross-functional team of engineers u2022 Demonstrated experience implementing DevOps tools, capabilities, and methods u2022 Experience with software development languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, and .NET u2022 Ability to complete root-cause analysis on complex issues u2022 Troubleshooting highly complex issues u2022 Strong Knowledge of Risk and Compliance initiatives including PCI, SOX, HIPAA u2022 Knowledge of the NIST Cyber Security Framework Skills NetIQ, IAM, Java, Soap, Rest, OpenText, C, C#, Cloud, Automation, Restful Top Skills Details NetIQ,IAM,Java,Soap,Rest,OpenText,C,C# Additional Skills & Qualifications u2022 5+ Years of Java Development experience in an enterprise environment u2022 5+ Years of experience with Bash, Python, or Perl scripting u2022 5+ Years of experience with Identity Management tools such as OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, Oracle Identity Manager, CA Identity Manager, and IBM Security Identity Manager u2022 Experience with REST/SOAP APIu2019s u2022 Has web development experience (HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript, and/or PHP) u2022 Financial or insurance industry experience u2022 Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
