DescriptionWWDE is seeking a CAD Engineer to complement our team. This individual will be responsible for creating both detailed and high-level drawings of warehouse design, material handling equipment, work areas, and fulfillment center storage solutions based on current templates, as well as design support for future templates. Drawings will require a high level of detail in both plan views as well as corresponding elevation views. In this role you will: - Work with ambiguous direction to create deliverables that standardize work spaces and designs across a large network of fulfillment operations - Innovate with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and mechatronics across 100+ new fulfillment and logistics centers that are being built each year. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time. - Manage multiple projects and tasks If youu2019re looking to be challenged in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment and you have strong technical problem solving ability, excellent project management skills then this job is for you A day in the life Amazon offers a full range of benefits for you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children.
