CompensationOffer Range: $68,901.40 - $85,196.80Exempt/Non-Exempt: ExemptBenefits: YesEmployment Type: Full TimeDepartment: Human Resources Job StatementAs the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will support the execution of HR initiatives, provide foundational HR support, and assist in aligning HR practices with business goals. The HRBP role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks and employee support while building expertise in strategic HR functions. Essential Duties- Collecting and analyzing HR Data. Developing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards to track key metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.- Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, standards, and procedures.- Addressing and resolving basic employee relations issues with guidance from senior HR staff.- Assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.- Supporting new hire orientation and onboarding processes.- Maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS and eFile systems.- Generating and distributing HR reports as defined.- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Additional Duties- Supporting HR audits and policy reviews.- Assisting with coordination of training sessions, employee development initiatives, and annual performance appraisals.- Undertaking tasks as assigned by HR Director with other HR functions, e.g. benefits, compensation, and performance management.- Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, coordinating and organizing employee engagement activities.- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, accommodation requests, out processing, education assistance, and internal/external requests.- Rotating in the HR department to gain understanding and provide support in other areas; Rotate between business units as needed. Job RequirementsEducation/Training/Certifications: Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferred. SHRM-CP, PHR, or sHRBP certification highly preferred. Additional Requirements- Minimum of three (3) years direct Human Resources experience. Current or prior experience in full life cycle recruiting, benefits, compensation, learning and development, or employee relations is considered a plus. Analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate how you have interpreted HR data for business use.- Must be proficient with Microsoft suite, experience in using HRIS/ERP systems; experience with SuccessFactors and Power BI, preferred.- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and have demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities with minimal errors, work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to pivot as needed.
