Confirms patient and exam accuracy using two patient identifiers before administering exams. + Performs, documents, and reports all procedures in accordance with departmental policy. Reviews images and completes ultrasound worksheets promptly, re-scanning patients as requested by Radiologists. + Communicates and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, including notifying physicians of abnormal findings.
