Job Description Position Summary The Recruiting Analyst identifies, evaluates, and tracks high school or transfer prospects to support coaching staffs in building rosters. They analyze film, manage recruiting databases, monitor compliance with NCAA rules, and create prospect reports. Essential Job Duties Prospect identification and evaluation Scouting and evaluation database management Assist in the compliance and regulation of scouting activities Assist in the coordinating of recruiting functions such as campus visits and mail campaigns Assist in the reporting and analysis of prospects and communicate with the coordinators and position coaches Conditions of Employment + Background check + Valid Driver's License Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree + Previous experience competing or working in intercollegiate athletics + Knowledge of NCAA rules Preferred Qualifications + Proficiency in Football video analysis tools and recruiting software + Ability to work nontraditional hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends Salary Range $20.00 -- $25.00 Required Application Documents To apply, please upload the following applicant documents.
