New Home Sales Agent

Job Description Our client, a home builder in the Raleigh area has several positions open as a New Home Sales Agent (Real estate agent) for new communities. Position Summary: This position is responsible for selling homes within the guidelines and operating standards of the company to ensure operational success -Consistently monitor and analyze data and trends (i.e., community traffic assessment, market research) -Assist in determining new home prices, home site premiums and release of home sites Maintain signage by u2022 Driving sign routes outside of sales communities each week to ensure proper placement and repair of signs u2022 Assist marketing department in determining location and obtain lease agreement for permanent signage u2022 Walking site regularly to ensure home site signage is updated and clean u2022 Ensure monument signage and entry is clean and projects a professional image -Develop and maintain a consistent Realtor outreach and networking program: u2022 Visit required minimum of six (6) Realtor offices each week u2022 Conduct a minimum of one (1) Realtor presentation or other networking event each month -Implement a consistent and effective follow up marketing campaign, as needed to secure sales -Maintain upkeep of sales center, model homes and Production Inventory homes weekly We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
