Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician/Set-up Operator $25-$28/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The role involves setting up and maintaining injection molding machines, accessing and modifying PLC logic, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Set up injection molding machines and perform technical troubleshooting. + Access, program, and modify PLC logic for repairs. + Perform preventative maintenance on various machinery. + Set up molds and monitor equipment. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Essential Skills + At least 6 months of experience with injection molding machines. + 1+ years of experience with PLC and electrical systems. + Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and PLC issues. + Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with hydraulics, pumps, air compressors, motors, chillers, and valves. + Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in mold setting is preferred. + 6+ months of preventative maintenance experience. Work Environment Work schedules are structured into three shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3:10 PM to 11:40 PM, and 3rd shift from 11:20 PM to 7:20 AM. Training is conducted on the day shift for 6 to 12 months, depending on experience. There may be occasional work on Saturdays or Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
