Description Location: On site in Memphis, TN, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Knoxville, TN, Orlando, FL, Miami, FL, New Orleans, LA, Lafayette, LA, Birmingham, AL, or Nashville, TN. Summary Localize the enterprise distribution strategy into actionable market plans. As a Market Planner, you own a defined geography and build market-specific distribution plans that apply Strategy guardrails and Design standards. You assess network performance against market potential and competition, identify and prioritize branch and ATM actions, and partner with Retail leadership and stakeholders to vet and score opportunities. You analyze sites, project sales, run pro-formas against financial hurdle rates, and maintain a pipeline that meets corporate objectivesu2014then monitor outcomes vs. plan and feed structured learnings back to Strategy, Design, ATM Distribution, and Program Implementation. Accountabilities (outcomes) + Own market-specific distribution plans with recommendations by location. + Align local plans to the enterprise roadmap, financial expectations, and regulatory requirements. + Serve as primary planning partner for Retail leadership and market stakeholders. + Identify and prioritize network actions using market-specific intelligence. + Monitor and report how completed actions perform versus plan. Responsibilities (work performed) + Assess current network performance against market potential and competitive presence. + Iterate market plans and actions needed to unlock growth. + Integrate local insights into the broader roadmap. + Engage regional leaders (internal and external) for deeper insights. + Provide structured feedback on market outcomes and lessons learned. KPIs and success measures + Adequacy of yearly tactical pipeline to meet corporate objectives. + Percent of vetted sites meeting corporate financial hurdle rates via pro-forma. + Accuracy of sales projections versus postu2011action actuals. + Timeliness and completeness of outcome reporting against plan. + Alignment rate of local plans to enterprise roadmap and regulatory requirements. Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in Business or related field; 2+ years in market or strategic planning preferred. + Familiarity with GIS technologies and mapping software. + Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Detailu2011oriented; produces quality work with limited revisions. + Strong analytical and spatial thinking; able to recommend based on limited information. + Effective communicator and presenter; prepared for followu2011up questions. + Able to multiu2011task, gather data from multiple sources, prioritize, and manage data. + Team player who is selfu2011motivated and can work independently. + Knowledge of financial metrics and accounting principles.
