Mission: Lead unforgettable events that create long-lasting memories for prep athletesWhat Youll DoAs an Event Director with Prep Network, youll take the lead in delivering high-quality, well-organized, and memorable athletic events within your region. Youll oversee all aspects of event execution—from setup to closing—ensuring that each event runs seamlessly and reflects Prep Networks commitment to professionalism, safety, and inclusivity. Working closely with our Event Operations Team, youll collaborate to align on logistics, staffing, and event execution, ensuring a smooth experience both on-site and behind the scenes. As the Event Director, youll be the driving force that brings together people, planning, and precision to create an exceptional experience for athletes, spectators, and staff alike. This is a 1099 contracted role. First year directors typically manage 1-3 tournaments (March-July) with potential to direct other sports.Who We Are
