Supports and enforces the course syllabus. Participates in student advising and mentoring and supports the development and assessment of student competencies. Engages in teaching, service, and scholarship activities that support the academic mission of the University. Grade examinations and assignments, provide timely feedback, and review evaluations with students. Contributes to the review and revision of departmental policies and procedures as needed. Identifies and recommends appropriate community agency partnerships to enhance student learning experiences. Continues development as a faculty member through advanced studies, research, and writing. Performs Point of Care Testing as required; for non-waived testing, ensure compliance with AHCA regulations, including approved competency and documented academic credentials.
