We place a strong emphasis on culture because we strongly believe that it is a key contributor in achieving overall results here at Swift.Job Responsibilities: What you will doEnsure Driver files are accurate, completed, and processed in a timely manner.Review Driver file to ensure compliance with KNX/DOT standards. Verify Drivers have three to five years professional driving history and three years clear drug and alcohol municate regularly with Driver applicants, Driver Recruiters, Safety Compliance Assistants, and truck driving school representatives regarding current issues of importance while always acting in a courteous and respectable manner. Transfer incoming calls and assist drivers when they come into the office as necessary.Document all items of significance appropriately within the Driver file.Schedule newly hired Drivers for orientation and order bus tickets as necessary.May provide training and assign files as directed by leader.Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.Qualifications: What you need to bringGeneral office experience preferred.Proficient with Lotus NotesStrong organizational skillsHighly detail orientedAbility to multitask.High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.What we offer: 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Supplemental and Life Insurance as well as pet insurance.
