Master Licensed Plumber

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain plumbing fixtures in heating, water and drainage systems• Direct and train employees to perform plumbing duties as appropriate• Manage inventory of specific plumbing parts and tools• Adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of installations• Initiate, coordinate and enforce installation practices, policies, and procedures• Conduct observations on the installation teams to ensure compliance and safety • Communicate job expectations with installation teams to ensure successful delivery and installation• Communicate regularly with Job Site Management to build effective and professional relationships• Preview job sites to ensure they’re safe and ready for delivery based on the Builders schedule; communicate findings with the office staff and external customers• Load, unload, install and test household appliances using necessary hand tools and power tools based on job specifications, manufacturer's installation instructions, and local codes• Detect, analyze and resolve plumbing problems, such as pipeline leaks, using various technologies, tools and equipmentQualifications:Minimum Qualifications: 21 years of age with Master Plumber licenseNon-commercial drivers licenseMust possess a valid medical certificationMust possess a motor vehicle record that meets J.B. Hunt standardsMust possess ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if neededPreferred Qualifications: Experience with appliance installationsAbility to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliance up to 100 pounds)Ability to wear appropriate work attire (bump cap, footwear, gloves)Effective Communication Skills (written and verbal)Experience in customer serviceKnowledge of local plumbing codesProficient with hand tools and power toolsWillingness to travelWillingness to work flexible workdays and hoursThis position is not eligible for employment-based pensation:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
